About our Director
Brad is a fire safety advisor and has supported clients in the housing & commercial sectors for the past 7 years. Prior to that Brad served in the Lancashire Fire & Rescue Services for 30 years in various roles and finished his career as an Area Fire Safety Manager for the Southern, Northern and Central Area’s of Lancashire.
He is an experienced and competent Fire Risk Assessor and Fire Risk Manager, and one of Brads specialisms is supporting organisations in positioning their Fire Risk Management Plans and Strategies and has successfully carried this out for several housing organisations and a university. Brad also designs and delivers fire safety training to clients, residents, housing teams and in-house maintenance teams.
In 2021 he was awarded a Fellowship of Chartered Institute of Building and Chartered Association of Building Engineers, he is also a Member of the Engineering Council and Institute of Fire Engineers and has various qualifications in Fire Safety and Fire Investigation.
In January 2020 he took Trafford Housing Trust through the BS9997 Fire Risk Management process, they were awarded the standard and became the first business in the country to receive the accreditation.
Brad has been designing and delivering fire safety courses for his own Training Company (Housing LMS) and the Chartered Institute of Building for the past 4 years and has taken over 400 students through his level 4 & 6 Fire Safety courses.

We have a team of qualified and competent assessors, surveyors and trainers to carry out our fire risk assessments, compartmentation surveys and training and all are experienced retired local authority fire service inspectors.
